Gregor Heidinger started his career in software development. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to found two software companies, which allowed him to experience how to be successful in software development. What turned out to be essential is the ability to continuously adapt to fast changing market conditions. Gregor then went on to study these ways of working, like Programming (XP), Dynamic Systems Development Method (DSDM) and Scrum, and it wasn’t for long until the key concept turned out to be “Agile”. During the last 11 years he mastered the Agile principles, and was determined to help organizations in developing their products and services and become more agile. A way of working that he feels can be used both in IT and non-IT.
Gregor loves to share his knowledge. His interactive way of training allows him to share knowledge in a fun enthusiastic way. Gregor provides courses and workshops in fields like Scrum, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Lean Change management.
