Trivorto was founded out of two deep beliefs: The first is that we are at a turning point where organizations need to structurally reorganize themselves in order to stay relevant in an increasingly complex and fast paced environment. The second belief is that we possess the knowledge, experience, and passion to help you drive this change.

Trivorto’s founders, passionate about changing the world, form a strong team: The crowbar type; a bridge builder; and a strategist… together with our network of experienced consultants we help organizations to become truly agile and adaptive. Not just in name only, not by applying some instrumental kind of tricks and tools, not by hit-and-run consultancy techniques, but by establishing a true deep change in the DNA of the organization.
